The Office of Institutional Research handles requests for data and analyses to support accreditation, planning, assessment and evaluation, program review, decision-making and strategic efforts. Requests should be for aggregated data and fulfill a need specific to the academic or administrative performance of the University. We do not fulfill requests for lists, student or faculty academic research, classroom projects, survey creation and/or administration or reports that relate to daily unit-specific business processes. If the information you need is not available on the IR website and cannot be obtained through one of the resources listed, please submit a request by completing the . To ensure that requests align with University priorities and resources, Institutional Research may need explicit approval from the relevant executive leader (e.g., President, Provost, VP, Dean) in order to proceed.

When planning your project, please allow as much lead time as possible- a minimum of two weeks is required and longer for more complex projects. The Institutional Research Office may be unable to accommodate short-notice requests due to existing workload, complexity or data integrity issues.
