Proposal Intake Form Has been replaced by infoed

The University of Toledo has transitioned to use of InfoEd for development and endorsement of new external proposals.Ìý Login and begin your proposal creation atÌýÌý.Ìý

You must create your proposal record in InfoEd and complete the Setup Questions screen at least 10 business days prior to proposal submission deadline for proposals without subrecipients, and at least 15 business days prior to the submission deadline for proposals with subrecipients.

Conflict of Interest (COI) Disclosures: Beginning October 2, 2023, all COI disclosures must be made through InfoEdÌý- even when valid COI disclosures exist in the previous system.Ìý Legacy data from the site coi.utoledo.edu will not be available!Ìý COI disclosures should be submitted in InfoEd no later than two weeks prior to proposal submission date in order to ensure timely processing.
